Job Description:

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answering and directing phone calls

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, deliveries, etc.)

  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

  • General administrative support to staff

  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area


Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
