A well-established Labour Recruitment Company is urgently seeking to hire a Branch Manager for one of its major offices. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone with strong leadership, operations, and HR experience.
Position: Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and team performance
Manage client relationships and recruitment targets
Ensure compliance with company procedures and labour laws
Drive productivity and profitability within the branch
Handle staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews
Compile reports and attend management meetings
Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Management, or similar (advantageous)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment or labour industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
