Position: Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Processing employee salaries and deductions accurately
Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Preparing reports for management
Coordinating with HR and Finance departments
Handling payroll queries professionally and promptly
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent (Matric)
Payroll-related qualification or relevant experience
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labour legislation
Good computer literacy (Excel, payroll software)
Accuracy, confidentiality, and time management skills are essential
