Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
1–2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role (preferably in the food industry)
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Duties Include:
Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations
Ensuring smooth shift operations and managing team performance
Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer experience
Handling inventory, cash-ups, and basic admin duties
Training and motivating team members
