Location: Various Labour Centres in Gauteng

✅ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (Matric)
A diploma or higher qualification in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields will be advantageous
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
South African citizenship
Ability to work under pressure and handle high claim volumes
📝 DUTIES INCLUDE:
Capturing, verifying, and processing UIF claims
Assisting clients with UIF applications
Investigating claim discrepancies and following up on outstanding documents
Delivering high-quality client service at Labour Centre offices
Supporting the Labour Department’s goals and strategic objectives
