About the Programme
Kappa South Africa is proud to announce the launch of our YES (Youth Employment Service) Learnership Programme for 2025, aimed at empowering young South Africans with hands-on retail and sales experience. This initiative is part of our commitment to youth development, skills training, and nation-building.
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and career-driven individuals who are passionate about fashion, sales, and customer service.
What You Will Learn
Participants will gain valuable skills and experience in the following areas:
Retail sales and customer service
Merchandising and stock management
Cashier and point-of-sale operation
Communication and interpersonal skills
Kappa brand knowledge and store operations
Minimum Requirements
South African citizen aged between 18–35 years
Currently unemployed and not studying full-time
Have a Grade 12/Matric certificate
Able to commit to a 12-month learnership
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Passion for fashion and working with people
