Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with ATM-related services and queries
Ensure ATMs are clean, operational, and user-friendly
Report faults and technical issues to the relevant teams
Guide clients on safe ATM usage
Support daily operational activities at the branch
Requirements:
Grade 10, 11 or 12 (Matric preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of customer service
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
No criminal record
Skills Advantage:
Basic computer knowledge
Previous experience in retail or customer service
Ability to speak multiple South African languages
