Job Responsibilities:
Assist clients with ATM usage and digital banking services
Provide friendly and professional frontline support
Report faulty machines and ensure ATM areas remain clean and safe
Guide customers on how to safely conduct transactions
Uphold Capitec’s customer service standards at all times
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 10 or higher qualification
Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID
Age between 18 – 35 years
No criminal record
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy an advantage
