Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Computer literacy is essential
No experience required (training provided)
Must be able to handle high-pressure environments
Clear criminal record
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide professional customer service and assistance
Log all queries and resolutions accurately
Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
