Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with ATM usage and self-service banking tools
Providing basic guidance on bank services and transactions
Ensuring ATM area is clean, safe, and operating smoothly
Reporting any ATM faults or suspicious activities
Maintaining professional conduct and excellent customer service
Requirements:
South African citizen
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
Minimum of Grade 10 (Grade 12 is an advantage)
Good communication skills
No criminal record
Willing to work retail banking hours including weekends
Energetic, friendly, and customer-focused
