What You’ll Do

As a Crew Member, you’ll rotate through key stations—serving customers at the counter, preparing food in the kitchen, assisting drive-thru orders, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and assisting with orders

• Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately

• Preparing menu items to McDonald’s quality standards

• Keeping the restaurant clean and hygienic

• Managing customer inquiries and handling complaints courteously

• Following strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards

• Supporting team members during busy periods

• Participating in basic inventory and stock tasks

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate

• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)

• Must live within 15km of a McDonald’s restaurant

• Clean criminal record

• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Bonus Skills (Advantageous)

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

• Basic food handling or kitchen equipment knowledge (fryers, grills, etc.)

• High attention to cleanliness and presentation

• Calm and courteous demeanor under pressure
