- PB&A graduate programme 2026 is an exclusive, contract-based initiative designed for top graduates in finance and investment aspiring to become elite Private Advisors.
- This programme offers practical training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy, ensuring participants acquire the essential skills needed to effectively serve high-net-worth individuals.
- Candidates will be assessed on their performance upon completion, with the highest achievers receiving offers for permanent positions within the bank, thus facilitating a successful career in private banking.
Requirements include a completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in fields such as BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics.
