| Job Objectives | • Ensure that all wholesaler actions are aligned with the Pharmacy and Medicines Acts and GWP guidelines (also in line with PIC/S and WHO) • Ensure that all suppliers and clients are verified annually • Ensure that all SLA agreements with external suppliers/contractors are in place and available for inspections • Ensure that all goods received are captured and stored in a timely manner • Ensure that all credits (goods returned) are processed timeously & followed up • Ensure that all invoices processed within cut-off times • Ensure correct and effective record keeping of the purchase, sale, possession, storage, safekeeping and return of pharmaceutical products • Ensure a service orientated Distribution operation where procedures, strategies and policies are aligned with all relevant stakeholders • Ensure that quality manual & quality management system (QMS) are in place • Maintain a good relationship with the sales department to cooperatively implement service offerings that satisfy the customer • Utilize sufficient staff to perform the work • Resolve escalated operational issues in a timely manner |
| Qualifications | • BPharm Degree / Equivalent Pharmaceutical qualification or • Bcom Degree / Financial Management qualification • Supply Chain qualification would be advantageous |
| Experience | • At least 3 years’ managerial experience in a wholesale and distribution center environment |
