🛡️ Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to aircraft and airport emergencies, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew.
Operate and maintain fire and rescue vehicles and equipment in compliance with ICAO and SACAA standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to uphold emergency preparedness.
Collaborate with airport personnel to enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents.
Maintain detailed records of incidents and training activities.

✅ Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Recognized Fire Fighter 1 and 2 qualifications.
Valid Code C1 driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
Current First Aid Level 3 certification.
Proficiency in English (Level 4) and excellent communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in high-pressure environments.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications
Completion of ICAO Annex 14 Fire & Rescue Services training.
Experience in airport fire and rescue operations.
Familiarity with aviation safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
