A dynamic company based in Booysens is looking for an HR Manager
Duties:
Will be reporting to the Managing Director
Will be handling the payroll, as well as the Payroll department
Salaries to handle will be 43 staff at Head Office staff and oversee store staff salaries of 400 staff
Will oversee the Admin Department (8 staff), but HR duties for H/O and store staff (HR Department = 2 others plus the Receptionist)
Seeing to staff problems, policies, procedures followed
Employment Equity submissions, WCA claims, compliance with POPIA
Salaries and payment of SARS, Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Bargaining Council
Interviewing and induction of new staff
Ordering of uniforms and stock control
Liaise with Management, the Department of Employment and Labour and Health and Safety
Stats, filing, etc
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
An HR diploma minimum
Experience with HR and salaries
Valid drivers license
Non-smoker (preferable)
English or Afrikaans speaking
An African language would be advantageous
