Key Responsibilities:
Process game payouts, including tournament winnings, jackpots, and other player rewards.
Verify game results and validate payout eligibility.
Collaborate with customer support, fraud prevention, and game operations teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and player histories.
Monitor payout trends to identify irregularities or potential fraud.
Respond to payout-related inquiries from players and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all payouts comply with legal and regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions.
Assist in auditing and reporting as required by finance and compliance teams.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a payout, payments, or financial operations role (preferably in gaming, online betting, or fintech).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with payment processors, e-wallets, and digital currency is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in spreadsheets and transaction management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with iGaming platforms or game tournament structures.
Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
