Job Description
RCL FOODS is currently recruiting for a Call Center Agent to joing our Milling division based in Pretoria West. The successful incumbent should be able to accurately process all sales orders into the system and assist with customer queries including delivery times, quality complaints, product enquiries, out of stocks.

Be the first line of stock related queries for all distribution related operational queries and get these resolved

Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12

 

National diploma in Logistics

1 years’ experience in either ordering, capturing , assistant role, administration role

Duties & Responsibilities
Functional Strategy into Action Operationalisation

Work in conjunction with the supervisor and manager in the Outbound Supply Chain team to deliver the functions operational strategy.

Facilitate integrated supply chain delivery by managing relationships and interaction with cross functional teams and/or external service providers.

Ensure the agreed targets set are implemented through delivery of own and team targets.

Sales Order Processing

Capture customer orders accurately for assigned customers (correct orders and dates) within the requisite time.

Read back orders and confirm each line and reference number, if applicable.

Process and communicate add-on’s and JIT products before the cut off time.

Ensure all orders received are captured before the required cut-off time.

Provide the call lists to the customer service supervisor for completion and signature at the end of the day (if applicable)

For EDI orders, ensure that the necessary checks are completed, and the orders are successfully captured in SAP/ SysproRaise problems with pricing with the relevant account manager/assistant for resolution

Follow up with Debtors team for orders held in suspense/ or on hold for credit purposes on when the orders may be released.

Communication

Ensure clear communication to respective depot staff on all add-on’s, special deliveries and short/incorrect deliveries.

Communicate with customers and/or stock allocations planners on stock outs and amendments to orders
