Responsibilities:
Provide transportation services to passengers using the Bolt app.
Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the trip.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times.
Use GPS and navigation tools to follow the most efficient routes.
Collect fares automatically through the Bolt platform.
Provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints or concerns professionally.
Keep track of rides and earnings through the Bolt Driver app.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Own a vehicle that meets Bolt’s standards (clean, roadworthy, and with proper documentation).
Smartphone with internet access and GPS.
Clean driving record and a good knowledge of local roads.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Must pass a background check (where required).
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in a customer service or driving role.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
