To provide dedicated and effective secretarial and administrative services to support the Process Manager Operations, ensuring the efficient operation of the Process Operations Department.
Minimum Requirements
Matric is essential.
Post Matric qualification in a Secretarial/Administration field or equivalent.
Five years secretarial and administrative experience.
SAP knowledge is essential.
Advanced Computer literacy in MS Office Suite.
Report writing and consolidation experience.
Primary Duties
Manage the Process Manager Operations diary and execution of day-to day functions effectively.
Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate departmental communications.
Act as a key point of contact, handling confidential information with discretion.
Compile information and generate associated technical and/or administrative reports.
Undertake a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks associated with meetings.
Assemble appropriate material for meetings and conferences.
Co-ordinate travel arrangements both nationally and internationally.
Assist in other areas as delegated by the Process Manager Operations.
