1–2 years retail or management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Customer-focused and goal-driven
Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in daily operations
Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
Assist in stock control, merchandising, and store performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
