Job Description
Technology grads get to embark on an exciting Technology learning journey in Johannesburg at our Rosebank and Simmonds offices. We provide practical exposure, on-the-job learning, coaching and mentoring and a bespoke learning and development plan to set our grads up for success and integrate them into the world of work. Graduates are exposed to various technologies including Cloud, Web, Digital and Automation on various banking platforms and channels.
Some key responsibilities include;
- Working within technology teams to build and deliver fully tested technology solutions based on business requirements
- Learning and applying software development skills
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events
- Keep abreast on technology trends
- Ad hoc reporting, insights and analytics to inform business decisions
Qualifications
Final year undergraduate, Honours or Masters Degree (Completed or currently completing in 2025) in:
- Computer Science
- Mechatronics / Robotics
- Electronic Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Informatics, Information Systems
- Software Engineering
Additional Information
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be under 30 years of age
- No more than two years’ work experience
- Minimum of 65% average over all years of study
