Woolworths is one of the companies that have been working since level 5 of lockdown and they have been doing well as there are not a lot of problems that were reported about the company concerning Covid-19.
The company has a lot of shops around South Africa in all 9 provinces. Only the food side has been operating since level 5 and the clothing department went back to operation on level 3 which started on the 1st June 2020.
All Woolworths shops are still operating as they have complied with all measures in place to fight the spread of the Covid-19. They encountered a few problems at first but they managed to resolve those issues before they got into trouble.
The company is also offering jobs to those who are ready to join them for temporary and permanent jobs. Temporary jobs are for the duration of lockdown and permanent ones are available for experienced people.
