Shoprite to add more staff to cater for extra shopping caused by Covid-19 lockdown

Shoprite South Africa is now considering adding more employees during lockdown as there is a lot of work for the current employees. The company is one of few lucky ones that were considered to be offering essential services and never closed in all levels of lockdown in South Africa. Shoprite willbe opening new jobs end of July 2020.

Anyone who will be interested in working for Shoprite can apply for opportunities there online or can either go to the nearest Shoprite and submit their CV there. There are about more than 1000 Shoprite shops in South Africa and all people are welcome to apply for positions open.

Due to lockdown, there is too much work available for the current number of employees especially that there are measures in place to combat the spread of the Covid-19 virus which means all Shoprite shops must adhere to those measures in place.
