Job Summary
An exciting opportunity exists for a Driver at Indigo Brands,
Head Office, Epping, Cape Town. As the successful incumbent you will be responsible to assist with all the delivery functions,
related to Indigo specific deliveries. The role also requires the incumbent to implement world class best
practices by leading and managing the world class operations (WCO) fundamental practices.
Duties And Responsibilities
Professional representation of the company while performing delivery
duties
Collection and delivering of documents or parcels at various suppliers / vendors
Special Customer deliveries
Local Deliveries
Operating Counterbalance Forklifts
Safety and Housekeeping
Attend green area meetings
Qualifications And Experience
Experience:
2 – 3 years’ experience as a Driver for an FMCG company
Valid code 14 Driver’s license
Valid Professional Driving Permit and Dangerous Goods certification
Valid Forklift license
Reliable Own Transport
Qualifications:
Grade 11
Grade 12 would be advantageous
Additional Requirements:
SAP
Knowledge on all WCO practices
Inventory management/control
MHE knowledge
Knowledge on GMP regulations and policies
Knowledge on Health and Safety procedures, regulations and policies
