Minimum Requirements:
Valid Grade B PSIRA Certificate
Previous supervisory experience in the security industry is an advantage
Must be physically fit and able to work shifts
Good communication skills
Must be South African citizen with valid SA ID
Clear criminal record
Ability to manage a team and report incidents effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise security officers on duty
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to security protocols
Report and escalate incidents to management
Maintain discipline and professionalism among security staff
Ensure client satisfaction and safety on all assigned posts
