Performs secretarial duties & administration.
Arranges travel & accommodation.
Administers Purchase Orders for senior managers in Mining.
Performs Mining Office liaison.
Screens & directs phone calls to appropriate staff members.
Reports problems & issues immediately.
Executes meeting preparation for confidential/high level company meetings.
Prepares documents pre- and post-meeting.
Provides confidential document & information support.
Performs general contract administration.
Ensure monthly contract compliance to invoicing and scheduled meetings
Addend Monthly contract meetings to support operations

Competencies:

Presentable

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma in Office management/Administration or similar.

EXPERIENCE:

3 Years’ experience.
Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook & diary scheduling).
Computer Literacy especially SAP.
knowledge and experience of office administration.
Knowledge and experience of document management and filling.
Basic experience in the mining industry.
