We are looking for a skilled individual who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. Responsibilities & Duties:
· Prepare and review compensation and benefit packages
· Implementing training and development plans
· Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
· Update employee records with new hire information and or changes in employment status
· Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
· Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
· Develops and Implements HR Policies throughout the Organisation
· Monitor Budgets by Department
· Process employee queries and respond in a timely matter
· Stay up to date with Labour Laws
Candidate Requirements
Skills & Experience:
· A proper understanding of Payroll process and Labour Legislation
· Good Management skills
· Excellent Team Management skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Knowledge of the full Recruitment Cycle
· Excellent Communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving abilities
Qualification:
· Degree in Human Resource Management
· 3-5 years in Human Resource Position
