looking for farm workers for one of our clients in the Stanger area. Multiple roles available – Crop Work/Picking/Packing/Maintenance/Cleaning/Tractor Drivers.

Successful Candidates Must:

Have access to reliable transport to and from the farm.
Be available to start morning shifts 6am to 8am – weather dependent.
Be physically fit with the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Standing for long periods of time, carrying up to 20kg throughout the day.
Be able to work in a warm and humid environment.
Have an understanding of English (written and spoken).
Be flexible and reliable.
Work cooperatively and respectfully in a multicultural workforce.
Have a strong focus and commitment to Occupational Health and Safety, Quality and Personal Hygiene.
