– Provide an engineering technical service to a section at a Business Area.
Qualifications And Experience
2. Minimum Requirements
– Grade 12 /Matric certificate or Equivalent
– Certified competent as Fitter (Section 13 or 26 with learnership training) is required
– 3 Years’ Experience as a Fitter (Underground) in a mining Environment
3. Advantageous
– Conveyor Belts Experience
– Vertical spindle pumps experience
– Mechanical Rock Breakers Experience
– Water handling Dams
4. Skills and Knowledge
– Interpersonal Skills
– English Proficiency
– Communication Skills and Problem Solving
– Knowledge of Labour Legislation
5. Physical/Legal Requirements
– Fit for Duty / Certificate of Fitness
– Code 8 Drivers Licence
– Clear Credit / Criminal Record.
